Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of BrokenGPT. The contracting operator is BrokenGPT. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service

BrokenGPT provides access to a privately routed mixture of open-source language models through web chat and an API. The mixture, availability, and limits may change. The system page explains the stable public contract and important limitations without publishing backend model identities.

Accounts and keys

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly revoke exposed keys. You are responsible for traffic and downstream products operated through your account.

Plans, billing, and limits

Recurring plans renew until canceled through the billing portal. Prepaid credits are applied as shown at purchase. Displayed token allowances, request limits, and context caps are plan entitlements, not a guarantee of uninterrupted capacity. Prices, taxes, refund eligibility, proration, overages, and cancellation timing are shown at checkout or in the applicable order.

Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. High steerability does not authorize illegal or harmful use.

Customer content

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions required to process it and deliver output. You must have the rights and lawful basis to submit personal, confidential, or copyrighted material.

Disclaimers and liability

Model output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. You remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially in high-impact decisions. Liability limits that apply to a paid order are stated in that order; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy, security, legal, payment, or infrastructure reasons. We will provide notice of material terms or price changes when required. The governing jurisdiction is India, subject to any different terms in an applicable order and mandatory local consumer rights.
